3. Hosting (Wix)
Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv Street, Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. Wix acts as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR and may process personal data generated when you visit our website — including server log files, IP addresses, and form submissions — on servers located in the European Union and the United States.
For transfers to the United States, Wix relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. 4. Contact form

When you register for a German-Indian Foundation e.V. event, we collect the following personal data:

This data is used exclusively for the organisation and execution of the relevant event, and for event-related communications such as confirmation, programme updates, and post-event follow-up.
Your data will not be shared with third parties unless strictly necessary for the delivery of the event (for example, the event venue MULTIVAC Group, Wolfertschwenden, or catering providers), and only to the minimum extent required for that purpose.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the registration form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures). Retention period: 12 months following the event, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
